KARNABIT BI TAHINI

KARNABIT  BI  TAHINI:
INGREDIENTS:

1  medium-size cauliflower, cut into florets
1   cup Tahini sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnishing

METHOD:
  • Soak cauliflower in salted water for half an hour.
  • Drain and boil in salted boiling water for 5-10 minutes until tender.
  • Drain well. Place on a platter and sprinkle salt and pepper. Drizzle Tahini sauce over it and serve hot or cold.
Notes: Serve with Tahini dip and crusty bread.
