KARNABIT BI TAHINI:
INGREDIENTS:1 medium-size cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup Tahini sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnishing
METHOD:
- Soak cauliflower in salted water for half an hour.
- Drain and boil in salted boiling water for 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Drain well. Place on a platter and sprinkle salt and pepper. Drizzle Tahini sauce over it and serve hot or cold.
