PANEER IN CHILLI SAUCE

PANEER  IN  CHILLI  SAUCE:
INGREDIENTS:

200  g cottage cheese, cut into diamond shapes and deep fried
10   g chopped garlic
10   g chopped spring onion
100  g capsicum of various colours, cut into diamond shapes
150  g chilli sauce
1  tbsp oil
1  tsp  soy sauce
2  tsp  chopped green chillies
Salt, to taste

METHOD:
  • Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic.  Add onion and chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Then add cottage cheese and capsicum. Saute for another 3 minutes and add soy and chilli sauces, cook for 3 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning, garnish with coriander and serve.
